Staff Product Manager, Legal Technology

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Legal Technology to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will guide the strategy and execution of legal technology initiatives that support operational efficiency, governance, and scalable delivery across the organization. You will partner closely with Legal, IT, and executive stakeholders to define priorities, shape long-range platform decisions, and drive adoption of emerging AI-enabled capabilities. The position also carries responsibility for integrating legal systems with enterprise platforms and managing vendor performance across a multi-workstream environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Partner with Legal and IT to develop and execute a multi-year product roadmap for legal technology platforms Establish prioritization frameworks and OKRs with stakeholders across multiple workstreams Own the technical delivery of legal technology systems, ensuring they meet operational needs Define integration strategies connecting legal systems with Salesforce and other platforms Shape long-range technology strategy, including build-vs-buy decisions Set governance for AI capabilities, scaling proven use cases from proof-of-concept to production Manage vendor relationships and contract performance for platform providers Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience 6+ years in technical product management or platform ownership in legal or enterprise technology Proven experience managing a multi-platform product roadmap in legal technology Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations Familiarity with Salesforce and enterprise eSignature platforms for integration Strong executive-level communication skills for presenting to senior leadership Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery models Benefits Opportunity to lead high-impact projects in a growing field Collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams Access to cutting-edge legal technology and AI applications Professional development opportunities in a dynamic industry Ability to influence strategic decisions at the executive level Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
