Shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. Influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the Legal & Insurance Requester Experience
- Build intuitive workflows for submission, tracking, retrieval, and analysis of requests
- Partner with UX, CX, and Operations to identify and resolve workflow friction
- Expand retrieval coverage and reliability through integrations with partners and providers
- Develop AI-assisted tools to help users extract insights from medical records
- Improve outcomes in speed, completeness, transparency, and customer satisfaction
- Transform a newly forming vertical into a sustainable, differentiated product business
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise-grade, data-centric products
- Proven track record of delivering products from concept to launch
- Experience with healthcare data products, particularly in legal and insurance medical record retrieval
- Ability to design products within regulated environments, balancing compliance and user experience
- Strong skills in influencing diverse stakeholders from executives to technical leaders
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in ambiguity and focused on execution
- Experience collaborating with engineering and analytics teams on complex data challenges

Pay
$170,000 – $200,000 annually
