Staff Product Manager, Equipment Diagnostics & Field AI

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of AI and next-generation hardware, transforming the way technicians work. You'll own the product vision and roadmap for equipment diagnostics, drive adoption across various trades and personas, and build a platform layer of diagnostics that can be leveraged across multiple AI-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for equipment diagnostics
• Drive adoption across the various trades and personas operating on ServiceTitan
• Create and Own a strategy for the equipment data graph that will power multiple workflows
• Lead customer discovery with technicians and service operators
• Contribute to the broader roadmap for how AI transforms the field service workflow in the physical world

Requirements

• 7+ years in product management with a track record of shipping and scaling complex products
• Experience building AI-powered or intelligent systems products
• Strong mobile product instincts
• A diagnostic mindset
• Comfort working across ambiguous problem spaces and iterating toward clarity with customers and data
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, data science, and Go-To-Market teams
• Ability to conduct complex data analysis to inform product decisions and direction
• Experience partnering with third parties to build collaborative products

Pay

• Zone 1: $179,900 USD - $269,900 USD
• Zone 2: $168,200 USD - $252,200 USD
