Staff Product Designer, AI Search

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experience design for AI Search
• Define interaction models and establish foundational design language
• Translate complex workflows into clear design decisions
• Shape a long-term experience vision through storytelling and collaboration
• Drive quality and consistency across the product ecosystem

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Design experience; B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Expertise in designing AI-powered products from end-to-end
• Proven experience establishing scalable AI design patterns and principles
• Strong collaboration with AI/ML teams to shape product direction
• Ability to design experiences across various customer segments
