Responsibilities
- Own and lead Product Measurement Strategy, defining KPIs and metrics

- Identify and implement AI use cases to enhance analytical workflows
- Create reusable AI-enabled analytics solutions to improve efficiency and quality
- Mentor and elevate the analytics community through knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Analytics, Data Science, Growth Analytics, or similar fields
- Expert in SQL, Python or R, and BI tools like Tableau
- Practical experience using AI tools for analytics enhancement
- Strong analytical judgment for solving complex business problems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating analysis into actionable insights
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across teams
