Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

About the Role

The Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on healthcare and medication needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescriptions accurately
• Counsel customers on healthcare and medication
• Administer immunizations and participate in community outreach
• Guide pharmacy staff on customer service best practices
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Adaptability to patient needs and medical concerns
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and community engagement
