Staff Pharmacist - Full-Time

About the Role

The Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care by processing prescriptions, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes clinical expertise, patient advocacy, community involvement, and adherence to safety standards, contributing to community health and wellness.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and accurately process prescriptions for customers.
• Offer healthcare advice and medication counseling to patients.
• Administer immunizations and participate in health programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Guide and model exceptional customer service for pharmacy staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license.
• Completion of ACPE-accredited immunization training.
• Proficiency in pharmaceutical care, relationship-building, and community engagement.
• Ability to adapt to patient needs and maintain regulatory compliance (HIPAA, PHI).
