Staff Perfusionist

Perfusion Solution Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Perfusionist to join our dynamic team in Hannibal, MO. In this full-time position, you’ll work alongside a supportive group of clinicians, playing a vital role in the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during surgical procedures.
• Closely monitor patient vitals and collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop and execute optimal perfusion strategies.
• Perform pre-op assessments and ensure equipment readiness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Stay current with evolving perfusion technologies and techniques.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in clinical perfusion.
• MO Licensed Perfusionist and ABCP Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Critical thinking skills, particularly in high-stakes environments.
• Experience with a wide variety of case types is highly valued.
