Staff People Integrations Engineer

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company’s Workday integration portfolio and ecosystem connectivity
• Develop Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, Cloud Connect, APIs, and web services
• Design scalable integration solutions for expanding People technology stack
• Implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Handle the complete lifecycle of integration delivery from requirements to maintenance
• Establish monitoring and troubleshooting practices for integration failures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday integrations in People Technology or enterprise systems
• Deep technical knowledge of Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs)
• Strong skills in Workday reporting, calculated fields, and integration-related configuration
• Experience connecting Workday to operational People systems (recruiting, identity management)
• Proficient in APIs, data mapping, transformation, and secure integration practices

Pay

$180,200 – $252,300 annually
