Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
About the role
This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of customer integrations from scoping to production support
- Design and implement data pipelines for effective data handling
- Build roster management workflows including ingestion and reconciliation
- Architect reliable data transmission mechanisms like APIs and event-driven systems
- Establish automated QA frameworks for data integrity monitoring
- Partner with customers to guide integration design and technical decisions
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear solutions
- Serve as an escalation point for complex integration challenges
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure integration health
- Create tools to facilitate better implementation and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software, integrations, or forward-deployed engineering
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
- Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, ADT, CDA
- Proven ability to design and build data pipelines and integrations
- Strong SQL skills with experience in large datasets
- Experience with monitoring and observability systems
- Ability to debug complex distributed systems across the stack
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong ownership and ability to drive ambiguous problems to completion
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC 2
