Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer integrations from scoping to production support
  • Design and implement data pipelines for effective data handling
  • Build roster management workflows including ingestion and reconciliation
  • Architect reliable data transmission mechanisms like APIs and event-driven systems
  • Establish automated QA frameworks for data integrity monitoring
  • Partner with customers to guide integration design and technical decisions
  • Translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear solutions
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex integration challenges
  • Develop monitoring systems to ensure integration health
  • Create tools to facilitate better implementation and troubleshooting

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software, integrations, or forward-deployed engineering
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
  • Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards like HL7, FHIR, ADT, CDA
  • Proven ability to design and build data pipelines and integrations
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in large datasets
  • Experience with monitoring and observability systems
  • Ability to debug complex distributed systems across the stack
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong ownership and ability to drive ambiguous problems to completion
  • Knowledge of security and compliance standards such as HIPAA and SOC 2
