About the role
SC&H’s Contract Compliance Audit Services (CCAS) Practice has an immediate need for a Staff or Senior Consultant based in our Hunt Valley, MD office. This position is hybrid and has an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Work with the client to understand contract risks and overall objectives of the audit
- Aid in selecting suppliers to audit
- Create and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Provide status updates in partnership with team as applicable
- Request and review documentation from suppliers for compliance
- Create supplier audit reports under the guidance of management
- Deliver supplier audit reports that present the facts to help the client make informed business decisions based on the findings
- Assist with supplier negotiations to obtain refunds, provide contract recommendations, process improvements, and benchmarking in partnership with management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or other related fields
- Motivated to obtain certifications for career development (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.)
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Previous experience with excel or PowerBI (preferred)
- Exceptional integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
- The ability to quickly understand and evaluate complex business processes
- Vocal communication and business writing skills
- Analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable thinking and working independently

Pay
The expected annual base salary for this position is $65,000-75,000. Salary offers are made based on a variety of candidate specific factors such as candidate's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

This position is hybrid and has an in-office requirement of 2 days per week.
