About the role
Supporting surgical care across multiple specialties in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with surgical case preparation and patient assessment
- Circulate OR procedures (excluding Open Heart cases)
- Provide direct and indirect patient care
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, patients, and families to achieve optimal outcomes
- Travel between multiple campus locations to support operations
Qualifications & Skills
- South Carolina RN licensure
- Preferred: 1-year experience; new graduate nurses meeting SC LLR criteria are eligible
- BSN preferred; ADN candidates must enroll in BSN within 18 months and obtain it within 4 years
- BLS certification preferred, with hospital course completion within 90 days
