About the role

The Registered Nurse plays a leadership role within the healthcare team, establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death. The nurse utilizes evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journeys, taking responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school
• Current valid North Carolina nursing license
• Preferred experience of at least one year
• Reinstatement procedures apply for inactive or lapsed licenses
