Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and report changes to RN or physician
- Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, IV therapy (if certified), and daily treatments
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and state regulations
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Tennessee
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Schedule & Shift
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
- Day, Evening, and Night shifts available
- Weekend and holiday rotation may be required
