Responsibilities
- Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
- Administer medication with expertise, taking charge of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
Requirements
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse License is required.
- Active Nursing License in good standing (required).
- Attention to Detail, Time Management Skills, Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution, Good Organization, and Effective Communication.
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred).
- Home Health Experience (preferred).

Pay
Competitive RN/LPN Compensation ranging from $37,440 to $105,820 annually. Compensation is dependent on experience, tenure, and number of hours worked.
Schedule
Flexible schedule to balance your work and personal life with our accommodating schedules. Full-time and Part-Time positions available. 8, 10, and 12 hour shifts available. Day and Night Shifts available!
