In our time of growth, we are seeking Staff LPN's at the following clinics. Lawton Chiles, South Manatee, George Van Buren, and West Manatee. Work Location(s): Bradenton, FL As part of this role, you will Responsible for providing vital signs, interviewing the patient/family, and charting.Collaborates with health care providers in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the needs of patients and peersMaintains positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates.Oversees the patient triage process by Certified Nursing Assistants/Phlebotomist and Medical Assistants.Ensures providers’ orders are directed to the various appropriate departmentsKnowledgeable / Assists providers as requested with exams, procedures, removal of sutures, etc.Completes authorizations and referrals for patients in a timely mannerKnowledgeable in walk-in triage and interventions regarding patients aged under the leadership of the Charge Nurse Requirements HS/GED requiredCurrent LPN license in good standing with the Florida Board of Nursing 1+ years of clinical experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred Current CPR certification requiredExcellent listening and interpersonal skillsMust be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshootMust be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set prioritiesPride in the job you do and the image you present to our patients & visitorsA positive can-do attitudeBilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Summary This individual assures that services are administered utilizing professional standards with a strong focus on quality, timely care, and exceptional customer service under the direction of the medical provider. Assist in the maintenance of an environment conducive to the health, training, and well-being of peers and patients. This individual may have to float to sites as needed at the direction of the Department Head or designee. MCR Health is a drug-free workplace.
