About the role
Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our state-of-the-art facility in Pittsfield, MA. Our recently renovated center is staffed by compassionate caregivers, therapists, clinical experts, and dietary personnel dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Take and record vital signs
- Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
- Plan and manage patient care according to each patient's needs
- Provide routine care for patients
- Observe patients' health
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license
- Clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting (preferred)
