About the role
Ledgewood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring Staff Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our skilled nursing team on our sub-acute and/or long-term care units.

Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts license to practice as an RN or LPN
- Clinical experience in a sub-acute and/or long-term care setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Take and record vital signs
- Monitor patients and chart medical records accurately
- Plan and manage patient care according to each patient’s needs
- Provide routine care for patients
- Observe patients’ health
