Requirements
- Valid, unencumbered Massachusetts RN/LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
Responsibilities
- Administer medications, complete assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents
- Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care
- Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing
- Maintain safety of residents
- Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines
