Staff Nurse Cath Lab PD

Responsibilities

• Creating an environment that leads to a positive patient care experience by evaluating, planning and implementing effective plans of care and communicating with both patients and their families
• Serving as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care in an acute or clinic settings
• Making sound decisions in response to changes in condition/response to treatment while maintaining a calm demeanor
• Utilizing the Electronic Health Record to document patient care
• Effectively coordinating with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status, symptomatology, results of diagnostic tests and critical test values

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience required
• An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• A current New Jersey RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Specialty certification preferred

Qualifications

The minimum rate to comply with New Jersey Law is $59.30 per hour. The actual rate of pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.
