Staff Nurse - Baylor, 3 Tower, Full Time, Night Shift

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation) to provide and document professional nursing care to medical patients.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings as indicated to appropriate person(s).
• Assists with peritoneal dialysis on patients.
• Performs any other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree.
• BLS certified.
