Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes, using your judgment to intervene early and advocate for your patients.
- Provide safe, evidence-based medications, treatments, and hands-on care grounded in strong clinical judgment.
- Serve as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers, offering insight that supports timely, well-coordinated care decisions.
- Provide clear, compassionate education to patients and families so they feel informed, supported, and prepared for the next phase of care.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record to promote continuity and patient safety.
- Contribute your voice during interdisciplinary rounds, helping drive seamless communication and smooth transitions of care.
- Take an active role in a highly collaborative team environment where shared accountability and teamwork directly impact outcomes.

Requirements
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years of OR patient care experience.
- Comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.

Schedule
This position offers a weekend schedule of 24 hours per week, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
Pay
$48.29 - $65.06 per hour. The compensation offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
