About the role
Assess and identify patients' needs; implement and monitor the patient's medical plan and treatment. Ensure that patient care is conducted according to the policies and standards of the University.
Responsibilities
- Provides care supportive to and restorative of health and well-being.
- Coordinates nursing care activities with other health disciplines involved in the treatment effort.
- Develops a written individualized care plan which includes teaching needs.
- Administers medications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Three years of relevant experience required.
An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered on a 1:1 substitution basis.
Pay
$56,763.20 - $85,134.40 annually.
