Key Responsibilities
- Stay awake and alert throughout the overnight shift to monitor clients
- Provide personal cares, medication administration, and treatments as needed
- Perform routine assessments and vital signs
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with supervisors
- Ensure the comfort and safety of clients during overnight hours
Requirements
- Current Minnesota RN or LPN license
- CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable, observant, and compassionate—especially during overnight hours
