Southcoast Health is searching for a talented LPN Staff to join our Primary Care team in Fairhaven, MA. This role offers a $4,000 new hire sign-on bonus for eligible candidates (rehires termed more than 1 year also eligible). Southcoast Health has been voted 'Best Place to Work' for 7 years in a row.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of duties involving direct patient care, such as medication administration, patient and family teaching, and testing/procedures in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and protocols and within the scope of practical nursing
• Utilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related software to update or access patient information as appropriate
• Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care which is appropriate to the age group of patients regularly served
• Works cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent is required
• Current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable
• One year or more experience in related setting preferred

Pay

USD $28.66 - USD $44.60 /Hr.
