Staff Geologist (Remote, Up to 75% Travel)

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience within a Food & Beverages environment. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives.

Location: Remote (US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to spring source owners
• Conduct spring source audits for compliance
• Monitor water quality and trends in spring sources
• Maintain database for spring source documentation
• Evaluate new spring sources for expansion projects
• Provide technical support to contracts team
• Assist in customer communications regarding spring source quality

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment
• 6 years in a similar position
• 4 years of project or people management experience
• Licensed Professional Geologist credential
• Demonstrated knowledge of spring source and well regulations

Pay

$107,514 – $153,208 annually
