What You'll Do
- Lead CT/X-ray imaging analysis to identify failure modes in Tesla components
- Develop and validate advanced imaging protocols for non-destructive testing (NDT)
- Advise teams on developing and implementing new radiographic technologies
- Train engineers and technicians on NDT best practices
- Drive automation of data analysis workflows to enhance lab throughput
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
- NDT Level III certification in radiographic testing (RT) or computed tomography (CT)
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in failure analysis using CT/X-ray systems
- Mastery of Avizo, VGStudio, or similar 3D data reconstruction tools
- Ability to communicate complex failure modes to stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
