Staff Engineering Technical Writer

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Architect content navigation to support users with technical problems
• Author content by directly testing workflows and curating existing materials
• Engage with community and stakeholders to continuously improve content
• Optimize content for AI discoverability in collaboration with web platform owners
• Enable cross-team contributions to documentation via training and resources

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical content experience with DevOps tools and programming languages
• Strong user perspective to identify content needs from product testing
• Experience using web metrics to optimize documentation and content strategy
• Collaboration experience with product marketing, support teams, and SMEs
• Proven experience working with content platforms to enhance usability and searchability
