Staff Engineer, Partner Lab Support
About the role
This role is central to making the Customer Enablement team successful. You will provide onsite support for validation and qualification efforts from early samples through customer qualification. You’ll translate engineering details into clear direction, keep teams aligned, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements
Experience in semiconductor industry, preferably in validation and qualification roles. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential. Knowledge of test planning and execution, troubleshooting, and customer engagement is required. Experience with customer systems and software is beneficial.
Qualifications
BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications or licenses may be preferred.
Skills
Strong technical skills in electronics, semiconductor testing, and customer systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Pay
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000.00 - $302,000.00 a year. Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses, and equity.
Schedule
The role requires some travel, typically up to 50% of the time.
