About the role

Talented Civil Engineers are needed to join our team at two levels: Staff Engineer OR Senior Staff Engineer. Staff Engineer: $81,926 - $118,792. Senior Staff Engineer: $88,316-$132,474.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for consulting engineers, contractors, the community, and other agencies involved in development projects.
• Leverage your expertise in civil engineering and design to review improvements and reports related to:
  • Drainage & Stormwater Management
  • Trails & Bridges
  • Traffic Flow, Streets & Subdivision Planning
  • Zoning Regulations & Construction Standards
• Provide insightful feedback and ensure projects comply with all necessary requirements.
• Work independently with appreciable latitude for judgment and take initiative to achieve project goals.
• Be a team player, collaborating effectively during meetings and conferences, including occasional evening sessions.

Qualifications

• Staff Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Sr. Staff Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
