Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing product strategy and requirements with Marketing Product Managers.
• Create project timelines and budgets. Provide preliminary project spending estimates.
• Work with Product Management team to present project plans.
• Coordinate and guide the efforts of CAD Design Analysts, Engineering Analysts, and Lab Technicians.
• Choose materials and components which result in high quality, high performance, and cost-effective generators.
• Research new and apply proven technology to designs.

• Self-motivated individual with a sense of urgency toward project completion and a drive to maintain engineering excellence.
• Willingness to work in a matrix environment and juggle multiple projects or tasks.
• Ability to work on schedule and within financial boundaries.
