This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities
- Design and implement flight controls for aircraft automation
- Translate system requirements into detailed flight control specifications
- Develop and use simulation tools for system testing
- Model control laws using Simulink and analyze with MATLAB/Python
- Participate in flight testing to verify control law performance
- Own the flight control system and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Collaborate to create innovative, certifiable systems for aviation challenges
Requirements
- BS in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in control systems for fixed wing aircraft
- Experience breaking down system requirements for control design
- Proficient in Model Based Development and certification processes
- Expertise in real-time software design and testing
- Familiarity with linear modeling and frequency domain techniques

Pay
$120,000 – $145,000 annually
