About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project scope, budget, and timelines while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure adherence to quality control and safety protocols throughout all phases of the project.
- Regularly report project progress and status updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
