Staff Engineer

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, and manage client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage project finances, including budget tracking and cost control.
• Participate in industry networking events and contribute to professional development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
• Proven track record of successful project leadership and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with international project management.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
