About the role
Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and objectives, and manage client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables, and provide regular progress updates to senior management.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage project finances, including budget tracking and cost control.
- Participate in industry networking events and contribute to professional development initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
- Proven track record of successful project leadership and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with international project management.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
