About the role

Under the general supervision of the department leader or authorized designee, provides orientation, on-the-job training, and continuing education programs for all assigned units.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements orientation programs for new employees
• Conducts on-the-job training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Coordinates and delivers continuing education programs to maintain staff competency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience in adult learning and education

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
