Responsibilities
- Independently assess staffing ratios for services and collaborate with Human Resources and ABA Managers/ABA Service Controller to meet program staffing and budget needs in intensive ABA services.
- Be Subject Matter Expert in conducting effective interviews, and act as a gatekeeper for the Fraser brand and ABA clinical quality.
- Monitor and ensure staff meet training requirements in a timely manner and proactively communicate barriers to supervisors.
- Monitor and track daily attendance of all assigned ABA staff.
- Career Development: Coordinate clinical new hire onboarding for ABA Program Staff, including:
- Conduct onboarding trainings
- Coordinate support for trainers
- Create orientation training schedules, training guides, and related materials packet
- Complete mandatory health and safety trainings and skills assessments (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Safety Care).
- Provide guidance to new staff prior to their onboarding and for first 90 days of hire as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred.
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
- Ability to pass DHS Background Check.
- Experience with children with special needs required.
- Effective communication in the English language.
- Computer proficiency using Word and Excel with proficiency in keyboarding skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay
The pay range for this position is between $48,000 to $50,000 annually.
