Staff Deployment Strategist, Governance & Industry Advisory

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address data and AI governance issues in complex industries using the company's solutions
• Advise clients on governance frameworks aligned to platform capabilities and client needs
• Identify opportunities to increase product usage based on demonstrated value
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover business and governance challenges
• Conduct tailored product demonstrations and workshops for enterprise stakeholders
• Create data-backed narratives connecting governance outcomes to business impact for customers
• Manage end-to-end service engagements, ensuring alignment with defined outcomes

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience in a lead role delivering data management projects
• Background in software services, with emphasis on customer success in technology implementations
• Extensive experience in data governance and related disciplines, including data quality and master data management
• Demonstrated expertise in a regulated industry such as Financial Services or Healthcare, with knowledge of its regulatory landscape
• Understanding of data governance and AI governance concepts, with hands-on configuration experience beneficial
• Strong ability to thrive in a high-growth, startup environment with a focus on urgency and impact
