Deployment Strategist, Governance & Industry Advisory

Responsibilities

• Diagnose data and AI governance gaps and suggest company solutions for complex industries
• Serve as an advisor regarding industry-specific governance frameworks related to the company’s platform
• Identify opportunities to increase product usage as a result of demonstrated value
• Lead discovery sessions to uncover governance and business challenges
• Facilitate product demonstrations and workshops for enterprise stakeholders
• Create a data-rich value story linking governance outcomes to business impacts
• Oversee complete delivery of the company implementations, from kickoff to achieving defined outcomes
• Establish KPIs and value measures for customers to illustrate the company’s contributions to goals
• Conduct enablement activities to embed governance practices in customer workflows
• Collaborate with account teams to spot expansion opportunities based on engagement results

Qualifications

• 6+ years of consulting experience in a lead role, delivering measurable business outcomes in data management
• Background in software services, with insight into product implementation and customer success
• Strong experience in data governance, data quality, or master data management crucial for supporting strategic objectives
• Deep expertise in at least one target field (Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Hospitality) and its governance requirements
• Familiar with data governance and AI governance concepts, with a focus on metadata management; hands-on experience is a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment with a focus on impactful data management solutions
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills in remote working settings, with a passion for customer advocacy

Pay

$136,312 – $184,021 annually
