Responsibilities

• End-to-End Automation Design & Architecture Lead the design and deployment of intelligent process automation solutions across Customer Success and adjacent business units. Architect integrated systems connecting CRM, data pipelines, APIs, and AI services using AWS infrastructure, Jenkins, and microservice (MSAAS) environments. Translate business requirements into solution blueprints and software design documentation that define data flow, integration points, and automation logic. Oversee solution design from conceptualization to production, ensuring alignment with the company's automation strategy and governance frameworks.
• AI and Agentic Systems Development Build, train, and validate functional models — both classical ML (classification, regression, ranking) and LLM-based (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG) — not just orchestration layers on top of third-party APIs. Build Agentic AI capabilities that can autonomously perform business processes or support human decision-making. Design and implement LLM-based interfaces and workflows for process orchestration, text understanding, and automation triggering. Prototype, evaluate, and deploy new AI/ML and natural language processing solutions, ensuring measurable business value and compliance with data governance standards.
