Staff Choreographer

Varsity Spirit Choreography Staff is looking for great people to join our team for choreography camps. A fun and exciting position with a company whose mission is to elevate the student experience and create memorable experiences for young people.

Achieve success as a teacher, mentor, choreographer, and teammate. Choreographers will be trained on teaching techniques, policies, and procedures. Scheduled based on the need of events in your area. Seasonal variable hour and/or part-time employee, working hours will be dependent on the event worked and the role assigned.

Create and teach choreography tailored to team skill levels.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years of age.
• Experienced and skilled in choreography instruction.
• Able to work independently and as a team, create effective solutions, demonstrate strong choreography design and on-site leadership skills.
• Able to work directly with athletes while standing and/or remaining on your feet for up to 6–8 hours per day.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organization skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize various tasks.
