About the role
As a Staff Carpenter, you will work closely with Lead Carpenters to support residential remodeling and new home construction projects. This hands-on role includes framing, trim work, general carpentry, and daily job site tasks, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a range of tasks, including framing, trim work, and general labor.
- Work closely with Lead Carpenters to support residential remodeling and new home construction projects.
- Willingness to work on-site in varying conditions, including residential heights (up to 35 feet).
Requirements
- Some experience in residential construction or remodeling preferred (we're open to training those eager to learn!)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in the carpentry trade.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
Skills
- Strong carpentry skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow blueprints and plans.
