Staff Carpenter

About the role

As a Staff Carpenter, you will work closely with Lead Carpenters to support residential remodeling and new home construction projects. This hands-on role includes framing, trim work, general carpentry, and daily job site tasks, making it a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of tasks, including framing, trim work, and general labor.
• Work closely with Lead Carpenters to support residential remodeling and new home construction projects.
• Willingness to work on-site in varying conditions, including residential heights (up to 35 feet).

Requirements

• Some experience in residential construction or remodeling preferred (we're open to training those eager to learn!)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow in the carpentry trade.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.

Skills

• Strong carpentry skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow blueprints and plans.
