Staff Business Process Analyst (SAP GTS/SD)
About the role
The Staff SAP SD & GTS Business Analyst plays a crucial role in driving Nordson's success as a market leader in Industrial Precision Solutions and Advanced Technology. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) solutions, collaborating closely with various departments including Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Trade Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary IT partner to Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Trade Compliance teams
- Lead requirements gathering, process design, and functional solution architecture for SAP SD and GTS
- Drive global template standardization and business process harmonization
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system solutions
- Lead SAP enhancements, rollouts, and global deployments
- Coordinate and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production support
- Diagnose and resolve complex application and integration issues
Requirements
- SAP SD and SAP GTS experience (GTS Cloud experience preferred)
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of SAP SD experience and SAP GTS experience
- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash and global trade compliance processes
- Experience working within a global template environment
- Hands-on experience with system integrations (EDI, IDOC, API)
- Proven ability to lead business workshops and cross-functional discussions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP GTS Cloud
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- CRM integration experience
- Experience supporting global rollouts and localization
- SAP SD or SAP GTS certification
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of SAP SD experience and SAP GTS experience

Travel Required
