Business Process Analyst - SAP (Procurement / Supply Chain)
About the role
Join our dynamic GT Orlando team as a Systems & Process Specialist, where technology meets operations excellence. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive system support across Procurement, Order Management, Warehouse, and Quality, partnering with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to keep our operations running seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- System support for BA, Procurement, OM, Warehouse & Quality issues for GT Orlando facilities.
- Collaboration with Business Process Charlotte to maximize resource effectiveness.
- Supports external supplier concerns regarding system, invoicing, serial numbers, quality notifications, etc.
- Identifies, tests, documents, and trains on all OPP & other system processes related to GT Orlando (SESP, SupplyOn, IOL, S4/Hana, EDI Help Desk, & EWM among others).
- Trains external suppliers, internal users, and mentors students on applicable processes.
- Responsible for various reporting and KPI calculation for weekly and monthly requirements.
- Documents & maintains specific process procedures and desk top instructions.
- Data management & reporting as requested.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, or an Associate diploma with relevant hands-on experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of hands-on experience using SAP across the full procure-to-pay cycle, including subcontracting, is required. Demonstrated proficiency in PC-based software applications for presentations, databases, spreadsheets, and data visualization, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI, MS SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. Strong knowledge of serialization and subcontracting processes within SAP is preferred but not required. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative in gathering necessary data and information to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Demonstrated strong analytical skills with a keen interest in investigative techniques to identify and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
Export Control Requirement (ECC): Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Skills
Strong knowledge of serialization and subcontracting processes within SAP is preferred but not required. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
