Staff Attorneys – Remote (California Travel Required)

About the role

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in California Breach of Warranty law, particularly in automotive-related litigation. This position requires a deep understanding of California breach of warranty laws, experience defending corporate depositions, and proficiency in handling discovery-related motions to compel. Experience managing large dockets across multiple jurisdictions within California state courts and collaborative experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Admission to the California Bar
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
