About the Role
Trustpoint.One is seeking a licensed attorney to join our team as an eDiscovery Staff Attorney. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with an interest in litigation support, legal technology, artificial intelligence, and eDiscovery. Candidates with limited professional experience are encouraged to apply. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with corporate legal departments, law firms, and litigation teams on a variety of matters involving document review, eDiscovery consulting, legal technology, and AI-enabled legal workflows. Location: Remote (United States)
Employment Status: Full-Time, minimum 40 hours/week, with availability outside standard business hours as needed to support client and business demands

Responsibilities
- Perform first-level and second-level document review for litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.
- Conduct privilege, responsiveness, confidentiality, and issue-based document review.
- Support eDiscovery projects throughout the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including data management, review workflows, and production processes.
- Assist clients with eDiscovery best practices, workflows, and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, attorneys, and legal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Provide legal consulting support related to litigation readiness, information governance, and discovery strategy.
- Assist clients in understanding and implementing artificial intelligence tools and workflows within legal operations.
- Stay current on developments in legal technology, AI applications, and eDiscovery best practices.
- Prepare reports, quality control reviews, and project documentation as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive client information.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general legal technology.
Qualifications
- Experience with document review or litigation support.
- Familiarity with Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Reveal, or other eDiscovery platforms.
- Interest in legal technology, artificial intelligence, and legal operations.
- Experience supporting litigation, investigations, or regulatory matters.

Pay
$55,000 annual base salary, plus performance bonus.
