Staff AI Security Scientist

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead research for autonomous agentic AI systems in cybersecurity
• Drive original research on efficient models tailored for security workflows
• Establish rigorous methodologies for evaluation, verification, and validation of AI models
• Collaborate with security researchers and product teams to ground research in practical workflows
• Define principled abstractions for agent skills and tools based on operational execution
• Advance agent design science, contributing techniques through publications

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in data science, ML/DL, or AI with a focus on large-scale data problems
• Hands-on expertise in modern LLM post-training techniques
• Demonstrated experience in building agentic systems
• Strong evaluation discipline with validation methodologies
• Leadership style promoting hands-on contributions

Pay

$235,000 – $350,000 annually
