Role Summary
Support core cost accounting processes by ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and reconciliation. Partner with business units and operations to manage cost data, validate transactions, and improve cost visibility.
Job Description
- Prepare journal entries (COGS, inventory, freight)
- Support monthly close and reporting cycles
- Maintain accurate cost data in ERP (SAP)
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Analyze cost variances (standard vs. actual)
- Validate estimated vs. actual costs
- Business & Intercompany Support
- Partner with business units on financial booking
- Support intercompany accounting (AR/AP entries)
- Ensure alignment across entities
- Reporting & Data
- Pull and analyze data from ERP systems
- Prepare recurring cost and operational reports
- Provide data to support business decision-making
What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Technical Skills
- SAP or ERP experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills (analysis, reconciliations)
- Understanding of inventory, costing, and COGS
- Core Strengths
- Analytical and detail-oriented

Pay & Schedule
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-$75,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
