Staff Accountant

About the role

This position involves general accounting tasks such as reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies, and reviewing general ledger accounts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining job cost integrity for finished goods inventory, preparing manufacturing reports, assisting with month-end close functions, and converting to a new manufacturing system. The role is a first shift position based in Celina, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Review general ledger accounts
• Maintain job cost integrity for finished goods inventory
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manufacturing reports
• Aid in month-end close functions
• Assist with conversion to a new manufacturing system
• Contribute to other special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in cost analysis is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay

The salary range for this position is $X - $Y per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

This is a first shift position, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
