Staff Accountant

TruStile Doors, a national manufacturer of premium architectural doors for residential and commercial markets, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our finance team in northern Denver. This position will primarily assist in all General Ledger accounting and Accounts Payable functions, and occasionally support Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities

• Process payments via physical check, ACH, and wire.
• Track and review shipping and freight details.
• Manage employee expense report process.
• Record check and ACH receipts into ERP system and deposit remotely.
• Serve as backup for Credit Collection Specialist.
• Perform three-way matching of vendor invoices, purchase orders, and receipts; resolve any pricing or quantity discrepancies.
• Set up new vendors in ERP system and banking platform.
• Assist in pulling audit requests for both AP and AR selections.
• Review and process warranty credit memos and payments.
• Coach and mentor intern on AP processes.
• Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts.
• Help manage Capital in Progress and Fixed Asset activity.
• Record cash journal entries and reconcile bank accounts.
• Assist with month-end close journal entries and accruals.
• Complete ad-hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
• 0-3 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Experience with General Ledger accounting and Accounts Payable processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with Epicor is a plus.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $62,350 – $77,900 annually. Where you fall in this range will be determined by your work history, education, and interviewing. This position is not eligible for overtime pay.
