About the role
You'll own accounts payable and accounts receivable end-to-end, keep our bank accounts reconciled daily, ensure our platform data matches NetSuite, and take on new projects as the company grows. You'll work directly in NetSuite on a team that uses AI to move faster, and you'll be expected to flag inefficiencies, improve processes, and bring ideas—not just execute tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable & accounts receivable process from data entry to retailer/vendor communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights for decision-making
- Aid with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Support the implementation, maintenance and administration of accounting software and systems
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
Requirements
- 2-3 years of accounting experience with knowledge and application of GAAP
- Detail-oriented go-getter who enjoys collaborating cross-functionally
- Excel & Google Sheets whiz (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA) to automate and streamline accounting processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Netsuite, Ramp, Bill.com, Google suite
Qualifications
- College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification preferred but not required

Pay
The annual pay range for this full-time position is $75-95k + equity + benefits across all US locations (this position is 100% remote-US).
